Before you get started, here are a few instructions:
1. Go to Michael Biondo's online home search tool
2. You'll be directed to his Coldwell Banker search portal, which looks like the screenshot below:
3. Once in the portal, feel free to adjust the map search to see homes in specific neighborhoods. Or, try clicking on the filters function to enter your desired home criteria and search that way. If you like the homes you are seeing and want to reference them later or create other searches, be sure to click "save search." You will be prompted to create a free account, which looks like the screenshot below:
4. Registering is beneficial because you can adjust your search at a later time, set up notifications for newly listed homes that fit your needs and budget, and have immediate access to the most accurate home information available. Unlike other home search engines, this search tool is directly populated from the MLS, so it's the most accurate home information on the market.
