New homeowner spotlight: Janet

I'd like to give a huge congratulatory shout-out to my wonderful client, Janet! As a Southern California native and working professional, Janet is not new to the real estate game. However, with retirement a few years away, she needed a shorter-term investment to purchase and live in for a few years instead of wasting her money on rent (and wasting any chance of a return on her investment). What attracted you to your new home and how did you know it was the right fit?

J: I was attracted to my new home because of how open the floor plan was. It's beautiful!

What did you learn and do you have any advice to pass along to other CA buyers?

J: I learned the importance of working with someone you trust -- and to me, that is Michael Biondo.

How was your experience working with Michael Biondo?

J: Michael really listened to what was important to me in a home. He had many options to show me. Michael was available always and called me with any updates throughout the home buying process. I cannot express my appreciation for him. He was there for me every step of the way! If I knew anyone who was looking for a home or selling one, I would highly recommend him.
